1. Intellectual Property & Art Copyright

  • Artist Ownership: All content on this website—including original paintings, digital imagery, text, designs, logo, and artwork variations—is the exclusive intellectual property of Schwadron Art.

  • No Reproduction: Purchasing an original painting, semi-original, or canvas print does not transfer the copyright to the buyer. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any artwork or content from this website without explicit, written permission from the artist.

2. Products, Made-to-Order & Accuracy

  • Fulfillment: Our fine art canvas prints and framed items are custom made-to-order. Please review our Shipping Policy for standard production timelines.

  • Color Display: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our artwork as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and screen calibrations vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% identical to the physical artwork.

3. Payments, Pricing & Billing

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

  • Payment Processing: We secure payments through verified third-party checkout gateways on the Wix platform. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Goods

  • All sales of custom made-to-order prints, semi-originals, and original artworks are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, or an error in product pricing/description. If your order is canceled after payment is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

Schwadron Art provides this website on an "as is" basis. While we package and ship items with the highest professional care, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, shipping delays by transit couriers, or the handling of physical goods once delivered.
